- Website and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, timestamps, and basic security logs.
- Public or platform-provided social information when you tag, message, follow, comment on, or otherwise interact with AI Geeks through social platforms.
- Photos, videos, testimonials, or other event content where you appear or that you submit to us, subject to the context of the event and any consent or permissions collected.
We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers on this website. Ticketing or payment details are handled by the event or payment provider used for a given event.

Third-party services may process information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where they operate.
5. Cookies, storage, and retention
This website may use limited local storage or similar browser features for basic preferences, such as theme settings. Embedded or linked third-party services may use their own cookies or tracking technologies.
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including event administration, community operations, legal obligations, security, accounting, and legitimate business records. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize, or archive it in line with our operational needs and legal duties.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live and the context, you may have rights to ask whether we hold personal information about you, access it, correct it, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion of information we control.
You can also unfollow, unsubscribe, leave a community channel, or use privacy controls provided by the third-party platform where the interaction happened.
Deletion requests: see the User Data Deletion page for the exact steps. We can delete or anonymize information that AI Geeks controls, but some data held by third-party platforms must be deleted directly through those services.
7. Children
AI Geeks is intended for founders, builders, professionals, and adults interested in AI events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as AI Geeks, the website, events, tools, or legal requirements evolve. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
