3. Events, tickets, and changes
Event registration, ticket availability, payment, refund rules, waitlists, and attendee communications may be handled through third-party platforms such as Luma or similar services. The terms on the relevant event page also apply.
AI Geeks may change speakers, sponsors, venue details, schedule, capacity, format, or event rules when needed. If an event is changed, postponed, or cancelled, we will communicate through the event registration channel where reasonably possible.
Attendance may be refused or revoked if necessary for safety, security, venue rules, legal compliance, or community conduct reasons.
4. Content, photos, and intellectual property
The AI Geeks name, logo, website, event materials, photos, videos, recordings, designs, text, and other content are owned by AI Geeks or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may share public AI Geeks links and social posts in a normal way. You may not copy, sell, reuse, modify, or redistribute AI Geeks materials, branding, attendee data, or event recordings for commercial purposes without permission.
If you submit content to AI Geeks, tag AI Geeks, speak at an event, appear in event media, or give a testimonial, you allow AI Geeks to use, edit, publish, and repost that content for event recap, community, marketing, and archival purposes, subject to applicable law and any specific agreement we make with you.
6. Third-party services
The website and events may link to or rely on third-party services, including ticketing, payment, video, social, analytics, community, hosting, and email tools. AI Geeks is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, outages, security, content, or transactions.
7. Disclaimers and limits

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Quebec will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
